Cold noodle - Korean noodle

 

Cold noodle is the one of traditional korean noodle for summer season. The ingredient of this noolde is potato and sweet potato. The base soup is meat juice but it is iced meat juice. Sliced meat, boiled egg and sliced cucumber can be added on the top of cold noodle.
